The POS Hotline serves as an essential communication tool for users of our Restaurant Point of Sale system, facilitating prompt interactions with our team of developers and technical support. Given the unique characteristics of each establishment within the hospitality industry, articulating specific issues can be challenging, particularly when specialized team members are not immediately available. The conventional approach often involves relaying detailed descriptions to multiple experts, which can be time-consuming and inefficient.

This hotline offers a streamlined alternative, allowing staff at all levels—regardless of their technical expertise or language proficiency—to initiate conversations, share images, and record videos related to their issues without the need for email addresses or additional attachments.

Furthermore, we are introducing live User Manuals in multiple languages within the POS system and are planning to implement discussion forums in future versions of the POS Hotline App.
